Flow Reactors

AM Technology own global patents for the Coflore Agitated Cell reactor. This is a multi stage CSTR with a unique and patented agitator design. As a class of reactor, multi stage CSTRs are arguably the most effective tool for handling slower reactions. The Coflore ACR sets news standards in terms of build simplicity and versatility for such systems. ACRs are designed and built by AM Technology in the UK in capacities from less than 100 mls to over 10 litres.

Batch Reactors

Within the field of batch reactors, our specialisation is in temperature control and heat measurement (two closely allied fields). At the lab scale, heat measurement has enjoyed unprecedented growth in recent years and offers compelling benefits for monitoring and controlling industrial processes. Our Coflux technology sets new standards for industrial heat measurement and transforms batch reactors into precision calorimeters. This has valuable applications for the control of chemical reactions, bio processes and crystallisation. We are always keen to hear from established manufacturers of batch equipment to collaborate on new applications.
